There is no minimum order with MyWeddingFlowers
The best way to build your wedding flowers is to add one of our Packages. This will allow you to adjust required quantities and customise your colours and requirement. We will contact you with a summary of your order and mood board to ensure we have all the details right. You can even add more later if required. Don't stress, this is what we do and we have hundreds of happy Brides! We'll take care of the flowers so you can take care of the rest.
If you require something special, you can head over to SERVICES in our store to request a Custom quotation or connect with a senior MyWeddingFlowers consultant who can help you craft your very own version.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If enough time permits and the order is not changed too much from the original, it may be possible. Please log into your account and add any additional items required.
You must remember flowers are naturally grown and locally sourced so it's important to let us know as soon as anything chages so we can try our best to assit.Our Flowers and your selection.

All our flowers are naturally grown and it's important to understand that elements like, colour, form, size and structure will vary. We find these incositancies the beauty of our work. We only source the finest products available at the time and we do not accept old stock Quality is always our priority.

We will be in contact as your day gets closer to cofirm all the details and make sure it's all on track. You will have the ability to make some small changes if required at this stage as long as time permits.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately once you have ordered your flowers, we place the order with our growers and they cannot be returned. In some special cases, we may be able to modify the order or grant a partial refund. This is purely at the descresion of MyWeddingFlowers.
What is your delivery policy?
All of your flowers will be available for collection by appointment only.
If you have selected Delivery, we will deliver the order as per the delivery date and time slot selected. Any changes to your selection or delivery details, please contact us immediately.Roses – PLEASE READ
We source all of our Roses from Columbia as we only accept the best products for our clients. These flowers are grown, cut and flown to us just for your order. This is why we need time.
NOTICE PERIOD: A minimum of ONE MONTH is required for orders of our Columbian Roses.
